I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois, and the director of Stolte Psychological Services, PLLC. I specialize in treatment of mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, as well as trauma, addictions, and chronic pain. I have advanced training in the use of evidenced-based practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I received my M.A. and Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Midwestern University. I received extensive training in providing psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, including at Advocate Christ Medical Hospital, Linden Oaks Behavioral Hospital, and my predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at James A. Lovell Federal Health Care System.
